The Diamond Fizz drink recipe is made from gin, lemon juice, sugar and chilled champagne, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Champagne - chilled
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, lemon juice and sugar with ice until sugar is dissolved.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with chilled champagne and stir gently.
