Discovery Bay Recipe
The Discovery Bay drink is mde from curacao, golden rum, angostura bitters, lime juice and simple syrup, and served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Golden Rum
- 1 tsp Curacao - or blue curacao
- 3 drops Angostura Bitters
- 1/2 Lime - juiced
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with lime slices.
