Dulcinea Recipe
The Dulcinea is a sweet pink cocktail recipe made from Don Q rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice, coconut cream and grenadine, and served blended in a rocks or cocktail glass. Recipe serves 2.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Don Q)
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 2 oz Coconut Cream
- 1/2 oz Grenadine
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Flowers
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into chilled rocks or cocktail glasses.
- Garnish with edible flowers and serve.
