East End Cooler Recipe
The East End Cooler is made from gin, lemon juice, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, simple syrup and strawberries, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Strawberry - cut into wedges
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Strawberry, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the strawberry wedges and lemon juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, gin and elderflower liqueur, and shake well.
- Pour into a highball glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
