Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (New Amsterdam)
- 2 oz Pear Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 leaf Sage - for garnish
- 1 wedge Pear - for garnish
- Garnish: Sage, Pear
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, pear juice, lemon juice and sugar vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a sage leaf and a pear wedge.
