The Eurasia cocktail recipe is made from Okanagan gin, buckthorn liqueur, lemon juice and ginger beer, and served in a chilled rocks glass garnished with a lime slice.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Okanagan)
- 3/4 oz Buckthorn Liqueur (Okanagan Sea Buckthorn)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer - to top
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, buckthorn liqueur and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top with ginger beer and a slice of lemon.
