The Fairbanks cocktail recipe is a pink colored drink made from gin, dry vermouth, apricot brandy, grenadine and lemon juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a maraschino cherry.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 2 drops Grenadine
- 2 drops Lemon Juice
- Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
