Gin Garden Recipe
The Gin Garden is an elegant cocktail made from gin, elderflower liqueur, apple juice and cucumber, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/4 Cucumber - sliced, reserve 2 for garnish
- 1/2 oz Apple Juice
- Garnish: Cucumber
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle most of the cucumber slices with apple juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with cucumber slices.
