Gin Gin Mule Recipe
The Gin-Gin Mule is made from Beefeater gin, lime juice, simple syrup, mint and ginger beer, and served over ice in a highball or other tall glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 leaves Mint
- Ginger Beer
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, gin and lime juice, and shake well.
- Strain into a tall glass and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
