Gin Tincture Toddy Recipe
The Gin Tincture Toddy is a warm drink made from Caorunn gin, heather honey, lemon juice and tincture, and served warm in a toddy glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 dashes Tincture
- Water - hot
- 1 Cinnamon - stick
- Garnish: Orange, Cinnamon
- Glass: Toddy Glass
Directions
- Add gin, heather honey, lemon juice and tincture to a toddy glass.
- Fill with hot water and garnish with a cinnamon stick and an orange twist.
- (This tincture is made by soaking Lady Grey tea in over-proof gin for at least a week.)
