The Golden Fizz drink recipe is made from gin, lime juice, sugar, egg yolk, club soda and lemon, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Egg - yolk
- Club Soda
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, lime juice, sugar and egg yolk vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and stir gently, then garnish with a lemon slice.
