Golden Gin Fizz Recipe
The Golden Gin Fizz drink recipe is made from Burnett's gin, lemon juice, egg yolk, sugar, nutmeg and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (Burnett's)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg - yolk
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Nutmeg
- Club Soda
- slice Lime - for garnish
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, egg yolk, sugar and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker until frothy.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and sprinkle nutmeg over top.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a lime slice.
