Havana Banana Fizz Recipe
The Havana Banana Fizz drink recipe is a blended cocktail made from white rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, bitters and banana, and served in a chilled highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 2-1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1-1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 3-5 dashes Bitters (Peychaud)
- 1/2 Banana
- Bitter Lemon - to fill
- 1 cup Ice
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients, except bitter lemon soda, to a blender and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass and top with bitter lemon soda.
- Stir gently and serve.
