Head's Up Recipe
The Head's Up drink recipe is made from rum, cranberry liqueur, triple sec, Limoncello and Sprite, and served over ice in a rocks glass garnished with mint, maraschino cherry and a star fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1/3 oz Cranberry Liqueur (Wenneker Cranberry)
- 1/3 oz Triple Sec
- 1/3 oz Limoncello
- Lemon-lime Soda (Sprite) - to fill
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Cherry - for garnish
- Starfruit - for garnish
- Garnish: Star Fruit, Mint, Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, cranberry liqueur, triple sec and Limoncello with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and top with Sprite.
- Stir gently, then garnish with mint, maraschino cherry and star fruit.
