Hong Kong Sling Recipe
The Honk Kong Sling is a fun variation of the classic Singapore Sling cocktail. Made from gin, lychee liqueur, lychee juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda, and served over crushed ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lychee Liqueur
- 1 oz Lychee Juice
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Lychee Fruit - for garnish
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Lychee
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, lychee liqueur, lychee juice, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with lychee fruit if available.
