The Japatini is a relaxing cocktail made from Beefeater gin, Sencha tea syrup, sage leaves and bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
- 1/2 oz Sencha Tea Syrup
- 4 leaves Sage
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Grapefruit
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
