Jerry Wenneker Recipe
The Jerry Wenneker cocktail recipe is made from gin, Wenneker Chocolate Mint liqueur, passion fruit juice, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white, and served over ice in a rocks glass garnished with a sprig of mint.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Wenneker Chocolate Mint)
- 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/3 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- 1/3 oz Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Egg - white
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
