The Jumping Jack Smash is a savory cocktail made from Caorunn gin, absinthe, lemon juice, rosemary gomme and basil, and served in a brandy snifter.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Absinthe (Pernod)
- 8 leaves Basil
- 1/3 oz Gomme Syrup - rosemary infused
- Garnish: Basil, Lemon
- Glass: Brandy Snifter
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with a small amount of ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a brandy snifter.
- Garnish with a small lemon twist floating on a basil leaf.
