La Bomba Recipe
This drink is definitely the bomb. The La Bomba cocktail recipe is made from white rum, apricot brandy, Pernod absinthe, triple sec and lemon juice, and served in a chilled rocks glass garnished with pineapple.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Apricot Brandy
- 1 oz Absinthe (Pernod)
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
