Lobsters on South Beach Recipe
The Lobsters on South Beach drink is made by blending white rum, coconut rum, mango puree, mandarin orange juice, coconut cream and pineapple with ice. Best served in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Coconut Rum (Malibu)
- 1/2 oz Mango - pureed
- 1 oz Orange - from mandarin oranges
- 1/2 oz Coconut Cream
- 4 chunks Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Pineapple, Mango
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in a food processor.
- Pour into a highball glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf and mango slices.
