Mackintosh Rose Recipe
The Mackintosh Rose drink is a red colored drink made from Caorunn gin, tonic water, Chambord raspberry liqueur, cranberry juice and lemon bitters, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 1/2 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- 3 oz Cranberry Juice
- 5 drops Lemon Bitters
- Tonic Water - to fill
- 1 wedge Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Shake Caorunn gin, Chambord raspberry liqueur, lemon bitters and cranberry juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and fill with tonic water, then garnish with a lemon wedge.
