Mai Kai No Recipe
The Mai Kai No drink recipe is a tropical cocktail made from white rum, dark rum, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, orgeat syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
- Club Soda - to fill
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake rums, lime juice, passion fruit syrup and orgeat syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
