Martinique Mai Tai Recipe
The Martinique Mai Tai cocktail recipe is made from Clement VSOP rum, Creole Shrubb, sugar syrup, orgeat syrup and lime juice, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Golden Rum (Clement VSOP)
- 1 oz White Rum (Clement Premiere Canne)
- 1/2 oz Creole Shrubb
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (Clement Sirop de Canne)
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup - almond syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Cherry - for garnish
- slice Lime - for garnish
- Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry, Pineapple
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all liquid ingredients without ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with pineapple, cherry and a pineapple leaf.
