Mbolero Recipe
The Mbolero is a mint cocktail made from gin, orange bitters, lime, simple syrup and mint, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 2 wedges Lime
- 1 dash Simple Syrup
- 6 drops Orange Bitters
- 6-8 leaves Mint
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Squeeze the lime wedges into the cocktail shaker, then add ice and the remaining ingredients.
- Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
