Pegu Club Recipe
The Pegu Club is a bitter-sweet orange cocktail made from Beefeater gin, sweet vermouth, lime juice and bitters, and served with lime in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- slice Lime
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, sweet vermouth, lime juice and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime slice.
