Pina Colada for Friends Recipe
The Pina Colada for Friends is a summertime cocktail recipe for a small group of friends on a warm sunny day. Made from white rum, dark rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half, and served blended with ice in chilled Collins glasses. Recipe serves 4.
Ingredients
- 8 oz White Rum
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 5 oz Coconut Cream
- 10 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz Half and Half
- 2 cups Ice - crushed
- 4 wedges Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on low speed until slushy.
- Pour into chilled Collins glasses.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges and serve.
