Rabbits Foot Recipe
The Rabbit's Foot cocktail is guaranteed to bring you a little luck tonight. Made from Caorunn gin, bitters, grenadine, peach puree, lemon juice, thyme, Prosecco and grapefruit bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters (Fee Brothers)
- 1/2 oz Grenadine
- 1 oz Peach - puree
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- Prosecco - to top
- Thyme - for garnish
- Garnish: Thyme
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, bitters, grapefruit bitters, grenadine, peach puree and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with chilled Prosecco.
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
