Red Amazon Recipe
The Red Amazon is a red colored cocktail recipe made from raspberry liqueur, gin, absinthe, lime juice and raspberries, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a lime twist and raspberries.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Raspberry Liqueur
- 1/2 tsp Absinthe
- 2 slices Lime
- 6 Raspberry - 2 for garnish
- Garnish: Raspberry, Lime
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle raspberries and lime slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime twist and raspberries.
