The Renaissance drink recipe is made from gin, sherry, half-and-half and nutmeg, and served shaken over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Half and Half
- 1/2 oz Sherry - fino sherry
- Nutmeg - for garnish
- Garnish: Nutmeg
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, fino sherry and half-and-half with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Sprinkle freshly grated nutmeg over top.
