Royal Spring Fizz Recipe
The Royal Spring Fizz is a classy drink made from Beefeater gin, apple juice, champagne and elderflower liqueur, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
- 4 oz Apple Juice
- 3 tsp Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- Champagne - chilled
- Mint
- slices Apple
- Garnish: Mint, Apple
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur and apple juice and stir.
- Top with chilled champagne, and garnish with mint and apple slices.
