San Francisco No 2 Recipe
The San Francisco is a classy red colored drink named for San Francisco, California. This version is made from Martin Miller's gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, blueberries and tarragon leaves, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Martin Miller's)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 12 Blueberry
- 6 leaves Tarragon
- Garnish: Tarragon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle blueberries and tarragon in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, gin, simple syrup and lemon juice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and garnish with tarragon leaves.
