Scorpion Recipe
The Scorpion is an orange drink made from Bacardi rum, cognac, orange juice, orgeat syrup and lemon juice, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum (Bacardi Superior)
- 1/2 oz Cognac
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Club Soda - to top
- Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake white rum, cognac, orgeat syrup, lemon juice and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
