Silicon Alley Recipe
In appreciation for the marvels of Silicon Valley, the Silicon Alley cocktail was dedicated. Made from gin, lime juice, vanilla ice cream and club soda, and served in a chilled highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 scoop Ice Cream - vanilla
- Club Soda
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Blend gin, lime juice, ice cream and ice in a blender on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass.
- Fill with club soda and stir very gently.
