Ingredients
- 3 oz Gin
- 1 Egg - white
- 1-1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Club Soda
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, egg white, sugar and lemon juice vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
