Sophie-stication Recipe
The Sophie-stication is a sophisticated red colored cocktail recipe made from gin, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, strawberry and ginger, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a strawberry.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Strawberry Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 Strawberry - 1 for garnish
- 2 slices Ginger
- Garnish: Strawberry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle ginger slices and a strawberry in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a strawberry.
