The Fix Recipe
The Fix is a fruity drink made from gin, Cointreau orange liqueur, pineapple syrup, lime juice and lemon juice, and served over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1 dash Cointreau - orange liqueur
- 1 dash Pineapple Syrup
- 1 dash Lime Juice
- 1 dash Lemon Juice
- 2 wedges Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Pineapple
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, Cointreau, pineapple syrup, lime juice and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges and a lemon twist.
