Tonic Recipe
The Tonic cocktail is very complex to the palette, with both bitter and sweet elements. A savory cocktail made with Caorunn gin, Sommerset cider brandy, Fentimans tonic water, cherry bitters and sweet vermouth, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 1/2 oz Cider Brandy (Sommerset)
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Cherry Bitters (Fee Brothers)
- 1 oz Tonic Water
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
