The Violet Gimlet is a vivid blue drink perfect for summer weddings and parties. Made from gin (or vodka), lime cordial, violet liqueur and lime juice, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin - or vodka
- 1 oz Rose's Lime - cordial
- 1 oz Violet Liqueur (The Bitter Truth)
- 2 dashes Lime Juice
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Fill a rocks glass with large ice cubes.
- Add gin (or vodka), lime cordial, violet liqueur and lime juice and stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
