A Furious Fairy Recipe
The Green Fairy strikes again, this time with all the anger that wormwood can induce. The Furious Fairy cocktail recipe is made from gin, absinthe, Wenneker triple sec and simple syrup, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a black olive.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Absinthe
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec (Wenneker)
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Olive - for garnish
- Garnish: Black Olive
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, absinthe, triple sec and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a black olive and serve.
