Albermarle Fizz Recipe
The Albermarle Fizz is a classic tall drink made from gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, simple syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Raspberry Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Simple Syrup
- Club Soda - to top
- 1-2 Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Stir gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and raspberry syrup with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice, and fill with club soda.
- Garnish with a few maraschino cherries.
