The Apricot Anise Collins drink recipe is made from gin, apricot brandy, anisette, lemon juice and mineral water, and served over ice in a Collins glass garnished with a lemon twist.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
- 1/2 oz Anisette
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- Mineral Water - to fill
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, apricot brandy, anisette and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with mineral water.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.
