Bosque Recipe
The Bosque cocktail recipe is an earthy drink made from gin, Green Chartreuse, peach liqueur, pine tree cordial, lemon juice, raspberries and blackberry, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with pine needles.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1/4 oz Peach Liqueur (Wenneker)
- 3/4 oz Pine Tree Cordial
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Raspberry
- 1 Blackberry
- Garnish: Pine Needles
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle berries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with freshly cut pine needles.
