The Celery Gimlet is a modern variation of the classic Gimlet cocktail. Made from gin or vodka, lime cordial, celery bitters and lime, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin - or vodka
- 1 oz Rose's Lime - lime cordial
- 2 dashes Bitters (The Bitter Truth Celery)
- wedge Lime
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake gin (or vodka), lime cordial and celery bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
