Chiki-Liki-Tua Recipe
The Chiki-Liki-Tua is a fun tropical drink recipe made from rum, kiwi liqueur, guava juice, lime juice, vanilla syrup and bitters, and served over crushed ice in a tall glass garnished with kiwi and a vanilla bean.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 3/4 oz Kiwi Liqueur (Wenneker Kiwi)
- 2 oz Guava Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Vanilla Syrup
- splash Bitters
- slice Kiwi - for garnish
- Vanilla Bean - for garnish
- Garnish: Vanilla Bean, Kiwi
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass packed full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a kiwi slice and a vanilla bean.
