Earls New Punch Recipe
The Earls New Punch is made from Beefeater gin, dry vermouth, blood orange juice, Earl Grey tea, lemon juice and raspberry liqueur, and served over ice in a rocks glass. Recipe makes 2 drinks.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 3 oz Orange Juice - blood orange
- 2 oz Tea - Earl Grey chilled
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- slices Orange
- Raspberry
- Mint
- Garnish: Orange, Raspberry, Mint
- Glass: Pitcher/Punch Bowl
Directions
- Fill a small pitcher with ice.
- Add all ingredients and stir gently.
- Serve in rocks glasses, garnishing with blood orange slices, raspberries and mint.
