Faith Recipe
The Faith drink recipe is a green colored cocktail made from gin, absinthe, kiwi liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, basil and jasmine green tea, and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with basil and star anise.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Absinthe
- 1 oz Kiwi Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 6 leaves Basil - plus more for garnish
- Tea - chilled green tea
- Star Anise - for garnish
- Garnish: Basil, Star Anise
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle basil and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, gin, absinthe, kiwi liqueur and lime juice, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with chilled green tea.
- Stir well and garnish with basil and star anise.
