Gin Caesar Recipe
The Gin Caesar cocktail recipe is made from Okanagan gin, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, horseradish and Clamato juice, and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with a lemon slice.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Okanagan)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- pinch Horseradish
- pinch Salt
- pinch Black Pepper
- 5 oz Clamato Tomato Cocktail
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
