Gin and Mulled Wine Sour Recipe
The Gin and Mulled Wine Sour cocktail is the perfect blend of Christmas flavors in a glass. Made from Caorunn gin, Elmegirab's Christmas bitters, gomme, mulled white wine and lemon juice, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 1 Egg - white
- 1 dash Bitters (Elmegirab's Christmas Bitters)
- 1 oz White Wine - mulled
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Gomme Syrup
- Cinnamon - for garnish
- Clove - for garnish
- Orange - for garnish
- Garnish: Clove, Cinnamon, Orange
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a clove-studded orange zest.
