Green Hat Recipe
The Green Hat is a green colored cocktail recipe blending the flavors of gin, sour apple liqueur, ginger liqueur, lime juice, cucumber, celery, simple syrup and egg white, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a cucumber slice.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Apple Liqueur (Wenneker Sour Apple)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg - white
- 1/4 inch Cucumber - plus more for garnish
- 1/4 inch Celery
- Garnish: Cucumber
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle cucumber and celery in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and shake well (without ice).
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a thin slice of cucumber.
