Hedgerow Sling Recipe
The Hedgerow Sling is a variation of the classic Singapore Sling cocktail. A red drink made from Martin Miller's gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, blackberry brandy, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Martin Miller's)
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1/2 oz Blackberry Brandy
- 3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice - pink
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Club Soda
- 1 Blackberry - for garnish
- wedge Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Blackberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
- Add all ingredients and stir, then fill with club soda.
- Garnish with a blackberry and a lemon wedge.
